§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of OHANKPA DSL, proprietor Anya Kalu Kalu, Kleine Rückertstr. 1, 44147 Dortmund.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded with the shipping confirmation.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Shipping usually takes place within 3–7 working days after receipt of payment.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

§ 6 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the provisions of the BGB apply.

§ 7 Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dortmund, provided the customer is a merchant.
